Our Services

Local and systemic cold therapies (cryotherapies) are widely used to relieve symptoms of various diseases including inflammation, pain, muscle spasms, and swelling, especially chronic inflammatory ones, injuries, and overuse symptoms. The beneficial effects of cold as a therapeutic agent have been known for a long time, with ancient population aware about the reinvigorating effects of cold water either taken orally or used for baths. The use of cold, mainly locally, still remains in our daily common activities. In addition to these benefits, cold therapy has also been explored as a potential aid in weight loss. When the body is exposed to cold temperatures, it activates thermogenesis, the process by which the body generates heat to maintain its core temperature.

1

Whole Body Cryotherapy

In a whole-body cryotherapy chamber, you are exposed to dry, fresh, and oxygenated air, so you won’t experience shivering, goosebumps, or other reactions typically associated with cold exposure. Because of this technology, cryotherapy is not painful, unlike an ice bath or immersion. During the treatment, which lasts between 2.5 to 3.5 minutes, your skin temperature decreases by 30-45 degrees Fahrenheit inside the chamber.

2

Sauna

Infrared heat and light penetrate your skin, warming your body directly at a cellular level and offering numerous health benefits. Infrared radiation, which surrounds us, has longer wavelengths than visible light and is typically divided into three spectral regions: near, mid, and far infrared.

3

Compression

Compression massage applies rhythmic pressure to muscles, improving blood flow and reducing inflammation. It aids in recovery post-workout, alleviates muscle soreness, and enhances flexibility. By enhancing circulation, it also promotes relaxation and reduces stress. Overall, compression massage is beneficial for athletes, individuals with muscle tension, and those seeking relaxation therapy.
